About this trial
This study is looking at a new treatment for older adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or high-grade B-cell lymphoma. Researchers want to see if the combination of glofitamab, polatuzumab, and obinutuzumab works well and has mild side effects. The goal is to improve treatment outcomes for these patients.
The trial's ID number is NCT06765317. This is a Phase 2 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The study is FDA-regulated and hopes to include around 42 participants.
Who can join
Older adults aged 65 to 80 can join the study. This includes men and women with certain types of lymphoma. Participants must be healthy enough to receive treatment. The trial team will check if you qualify before you join.

What happens in the study
