This study looks at how well the medicine epcoritamab works with standard chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant to treat large B-cell lymphoma. This type of lymphoma can come back after treatment or not respond to it. The goal is to see if this combination can help patients who need new treatment options.
The trial ID is NCT06905509. It is a Phase 2 study, meaning it is looking at how well the treatment works and its safety. This study is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 25 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join this trial. It is open to men and women with a type of lymphoma called relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma. People must have had previous treatments that did not work well. The trial team will confirm if each person is eligible to participate.
