About this trial
This trial is looking at two ways to treat nasal and paranasal sinus cancer that doctors can remove with surgery. One group of patients will get chemotherapy before surgery and radiation therapy. The other group will have only surgery followed by radiation therapy. The goal is to see if the chemotherapy helps make the tumor smaller and improve the chances for preserving important structures like the orbit and skull base.
The trial's ID number is NCT03493425. It is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The trial is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 82 participants.
