Dr. Kenneth K. Ng

Dr. Kenneth K. Ng, MD, is a board-certified medical oncologist with special expertise in lung and head and neck cancers, as well as broad experience treating patients with a variety of solid tumors. He is a member of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center's (MSK) thoracic disease management team and actively participates in multidisciplinary conferences with MSK experts across these specialties. Dr. Ng joined the medical team at MSK Rockville Centre in 2000, later transitioning to MSK Nassau when it opened in 2019. He previously served as an attending physician at MSK's Manhattan location and as Medical Director of MSK Rockville Centre, where he worked to ensure consistent, high-quality cancer care across all MSK treatment sites.

At MSK Nassau, Dr. Ng and his colleagues provide a multidisciplinary approach to cancer care, drawing on the most recent advances in medical and radiation oncology, including state-of-the-art chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. For patients with lung and head and neck cancers, he offers innovative combined-modality treatment involving chemotherapy plus radiation, delivered in close collaboration with radiation oncology colleagues. This approach can provide definitive treatment while potentially allowing patients to avoid radical, appearance-altering surgery.
