Dr Ursula McGovern is a consultant medical oncologist at University College London Hospitals, appointed in 2011. She completed her higher specialist oncology training in London and holds a PhD in molecular oncology from Imperial College, funded by Cancer Research UK, where her research examined the role of FOXO transcription factors in sensitivity to chemotherapy. She specialises in the treatment of prostate and bladder cancer, and also sees patients with kidney and testicular cancer as part of UCLH's urologic oncology service.
