This study is looking at a new medicine called LY4175408 for people with advanced cancer. It aims to understand how safe the drug is and how well it works. Researchers will also check how the body processes the medicine. Participation could last up to 4 years, and the main types of cancer included are non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, endometrial cancer, and triple negative breast cancer.
The trial's ID number is NCT07046923. It is a Phase 1 study, which means it is the first step in looking at how safe and effective the treatment is. The trial is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 240 participants.
