This study looks at adults with advanced small cell lung cancer. The main goal is to see if adding a medicine called obrixtamig to standard treatment helps improve outcomes. Standard treatment includes atezolizumab, carboplatin, and etoposide. Participants will be divided into two groups by chance. One group will receive obrixtamig along with standard treatment, while the other will receive standard treatment alone. Throughout the study, doctors will monitor participants closely to check for changes in their health and any side effects.
This trial is identified as NCT07472517. It is a Phase 3 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. It is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 670 participants.
