This trial looks at how well a digital training program called EndeavorRx works for children ages 8-16 who have survived acute lymphoblastic leukemia or brain tumors. These children often face challenges with attention and memory after treatment. The goal is to see if this program can help improve their cognitive skills. The study will include about 50 kids who will be screened to find 40 participants for the program.
The trial's ID number is NCT05528939. This is an early-phase trial to see how feasible and acceptable the training is. It is not a drug trial, but it does involve an FDA-regulated device. The study plans to include about 50 participants.

What happens in the study
Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. One group will use the EndeavorRx program for attention training at home for one month, doing sessions of 25-30 minutes each day. The other group will take part in a control program that involves different engaging activities but does not focus on attention. Both groups will undergo testing before and after the training.
