About this trial

This study looks at how well ponsegromab works in adults with pancreatic cancer that has spread and caused weight loss and fatigue. Researchers want to see if adding ponsegromab to standard chemotherapy can improve results. The trial will compare ponsegromab and a placebo, which is a dummy treatment, along with chemotherapy.

Who can join

What happens in the study

Participants will be placed into one of three groups by chance. One group will receive a lower dose of ponsegromab, another group will get a higher dose, and the last group will receive a placebo. Everyone will also receive standard chemotherapy. The treatment will be given every four weeks, and all participants will be monitored for their health and symptoms.
