Dr. Neeraj Agarwal

Dr. Neeraj Agarwal, MD, is an internationally recognized medical oncologist specializing in genitourinary cancers. He serves as Professor of Medicine at the University of Utah and is the Presidential Endowed Chair of Cancer Research at Huntsman Cancer Institute, where he directs the Genitourinary Oncology Program. Dr. Agarwal earned his medical degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, completed residency training in internal medicine at Creighton University, and pursued fellowship training in oncology at the University of Utah. He is board-certified in Medical Oncology and is widely regarded for his leadership in clinical trials in prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers.

Dr. Agarwal’s research has focused on the development of novel therapies for genitourinary malignancies, including immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and genomics-driven treatment approaches. He has served as principal investigator on pivotal international trials that have shaped standards of care for prostate and renal cancers.
