About this trial
This study looks at a new imaging test called positron emission tomography (PET). It uses a special form of iodine, iodine-124, to see how much iodine the cancer takes up. If the test shows enough iodine, doctors will continue with regular treatment. If it shows low uptake, they may consider other treatment options.
The trial's ID number is NCT03647358. It is a Phase 1 trial, which means it is looking at how well the new imaging test works. The study is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 60 participants.
