This study is looking at how well a new treatment called MQ710 works with another medicine called pembrolizumab for people with advanced solid tumors. Participants must have cancer that has not responded to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment is available. The goal is to find the highest dose of MQ710 that causes few side effects while helping to treat the cancer.
The trial's ID number is NCT05859074. This is a Phase 1 trial, which means it's looking at how safe the treatments are and how well they work. The trial is FDA-regulated, and it aims to include about 56 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join the trial. It's open to men and women with certain types of advanced or metastatic cancers that have not improved after standard treatments. The trial team will check to see if each person meets the requirements before they can participate.
The study team makes the final call on eligibility.
What happens in the study
Everyone in the trial will receive either MQ710 alone or MQ710 combined with pembrolizumab. Participants will not be randomly assigned to groups; they will be placed in groups based on specific needs. The MQ710 will be injected directly into their tumors, and pembrolizumab will be given through an IV every three weeks.
