Comparing APL-101 Alone and with Other Treatments for Advanced Lung Cancer

It aims to see how well APL-101 works alone and when combined with other treatments. Participants will be grouped based on their specific type of cancer and previous treatments.

Who can join
Men and women ages 18 and older can join. There are several groups based on their cancer type and treatment history. Some must not have had any MET inhibitor treatment before. The trial team will check eligibility before anyone can join.
What happens during the trial
Participants will take APL-101 capsules by mouth. They will be placed into groups based on their cancer type and treatment history. Some will receive APL-101 alone, while others may receive it with standard treatments. Everyone will be monitored for how well the treatment works.
