About this trial
This study looks at how doctors use risk factors to choose treatments for children with Wilms tumors. Wilms tumor is a type of kidney cancer that commonly affects kids. The goal is to improve treatment plans based on specific tumor features and how well kids respond to therapy. Researchers hope this will help more children with favorable histology Wilms tumors stay healthy after treatment.

Who can join
Children and young adults under 30 years old can join the study. They must have a newly diagnosed Wilms tumor and meet certain criteria related to their initial treatment and tumor characteristics. The trial team will confirm who can participate.

What happens in the study
Participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment groups. Some will receive chemotherapy, while others may only be observed for a time. Specific treatment plans depend on the stage of the tumor and other factors. Everyone will have regular check-ups and imaging tests throughout the study.
