This study looks at a new medicine called PF-08634404. It aims to see how well it works with chemotherapy for adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). This type of lung cancer grows quickly and spreads widely in the body. The study has two parts: first, checking how safe the new medicine is with chemotherapy. Then, comparing this new combination to another approved treatment to find out which works better.
The trial's ID number is NCT07226999. It is a Phase 2/3 study looking at how well the treatment works and its safety. The study is FDA-regulated, and it aims to include about 550 participants.
