About this trial
This study focuses on creating a registry for women who are at high risk of breast cancer. It aims to help with the early detection of breast cancer through regular check-ups. The goal is to improve screening methods for diverse populations of women who may be more likely to develop this condition.

Who can join
This trial is open to women who are at least 25 years old. Those with specific genetic markers or a high risk for breast cancer can join. Women must be willing to attend appointments for imaging studies. The trial team will confirm eligibility before enrollment.

What happens in the study
Participants will have an MRI scan every six months and an annual mammogram. Everyone in the study will receive this screening. The study does not use random group assignments, as all participants are in one group.
