About this trial
This trial looks at how well Tislelizumab works when given after local treatments for liver cancer called hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The aim is to see if adding this medicine can help keep the cancer from getting worse for a longer time. Researchers also want to learn about its safety and how it may improve overall health outcomes for patients with this type of cancer.
The trial's ID number is NCT05366829. It is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. This trial is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 35 participants.

This trial is open to adults aged 18 and older, both men and women. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis of HCC and have not received previous systemic therapy, although some prior treatments like TACE are allowed. What happens in the study
Everyone in the trial will receive Tislelizumab alongside their local therapy, which could include radiation or other treatments. Tislelizumab will be given before and after these local treatments. If a participant does not receive Tislelizumab for two cycles, they will be replaced in the study for analysis of side effects.
