About this trial
This clinical trial is looking at a new treatment called DOC1021 dendritic cell immunotherapy for adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, which is a type of brain cancer. The main goal is to see if adding this treatment to standard care helps improve long-term outcomes for patients. Researchers will also check how safe this combination is. Participants will receive standard treatments like surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation along with the new treatment.
The trial's ID number is NCT06805305. This is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is testing how well the treatment works and its safety. It is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 180 participants.
