This study is looking at a new medicine called EVOLVE104. It aims to see how safe and effective this drug is for people with advanced bladder cancer and different types of squamous cell cancers. These participants have either not responded to standard treatments or are not able to take them. The study will track how the drug works and how the body handles it over time.
This is a Phase 1 trial, which means the study is focused on understanding how well the drug works and how safe it is. The trial aims to enroll about 160 participants. It is regulated by the FDA.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older, both men and women, can join if they have advanced cancer types like bladder cancer or squamous cell carcinoma. Participants must have shown disease progression after standard treatment. Some health conditions may prevent someone from joining, but the trial team will confirm eligibility.
The study team makes the final call on eligibility.
What happens in the study
Participants in the trial will receive the study drug EVOLVE104. There are different groups based on dosage levels, and participants may be placed into these groups in a certain order. Everyone will receive the active drug based on how they respond to treatment during the study.
