About this trial
This trial is looking at how to predict, prevent, and treat early recurrence in patients with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or hormone receptor-low/Her2 negative breast cancer. The study will use special models made from patients' tumors to understand how their cancer behaves and how it responds to treatment. The goal is to help doctors choose the best therapies when the cancer comes back.
The trial's ID number is NCT05464082. This is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The trial is not regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 80 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join if they have stage I-III triple negative breast cancer or hormone receptor-low/Her2 negative breast cancer. Participants must have a tumor that is at least 1.5 cm. They should not have received prior treatment for their breast cancer. The trial team will check to see who meets these requirements.

The study team makes the final call on eligibility.
What happens in the study
Everyone who joins will have their tumor cells grown in special models called patient derived xenografts (PDXs) and organoids. These models will help test different treatments while patients are receiving their regular care. The information from these tests will be shared with the doctors to help guide future treatment options when needed.
