About this trial
This study looks at how well two medicines work together for treating advanced non-squamous lung cancer. The goal is to see if using Datopotamab Deruxtecan with Rilvegostomig is more effective than using Pembrolizumab alone. Participants must have high PD-L1 expression and no certain genetic changes in their cancer.
This is a Phase 3 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatments work and how safe they are. The trial is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 675 participants.
