About this trial
This study looks at ways to find and treat small amounts of cancer that may be in the body after surgery for Stage III colon cancer. It compares different treatment options based on blood tests. The treatments being studied include FOLFIRI chemotherapy, nivolumab, and combinations of other drugs. Researchers hope to see if these treatments can help prevent the cancer from coming back.
This is a Phase 3 trial, which means it is studying how well the treatments work and how safe they are. The trial is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 400 participants.

This trial is open to men and women aged 18 years and older. Participants must have had surgery for Stage III colon cancer and completed standard chemotherapy. They should not have had prior chemotherapy before surgery. Some health conditions must be met, which the trial team will confirm for each potential participant.

What happens in the study
Participants will go through screening tests to check their eligibility. Depending on those results, they will be randomly assigned to one of several groups. Some may receive FOLFIRI chemotherapy, while others may be monitored closely without additional treatment. There are also groups that will receive nivolumab or combinations of other drugs based on specific genetic markers.
