About this trial

This trial looks at how well combination chemotherapy works for patients with newly diagnosed diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumors and relapsed favorable histology Wilms tumors. Who can join

Patients can join if they are 30 years old or younger and have newly diagnosed diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumors or relapsed favorable histology Wilms tumors. What happens in the study

Participants will be placed into two groups. One group will receive a treatment called regimen UH-3, and the other will receive regimen ICE/Cyclo/Topo. Each treatment involves a combination of drugs given through an IV. Patients will also have tests like biopsies and scans during the study to monitor their health and progress.
