About this trial
This trial looks at how doctors can choose the best chemotherapy for patients after surgery for colon cancer. It focuses on checking for a substance called circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in the blood. This trial aims to find out if ctDNA can help identify patients who might not need further treatment and those who might benefit from specific chemotherapy regimens.
The trial's ID number is NCT05174169. It is a Phase II/III trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and its safety. This trial is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 1912 participants.
