This trial looks at how well the drug iadademstat works with other treatments for small cell lung cancer. This type of cancer can spread beyond the lungs. The main goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can improve outcomes after initial treatment. Iadademstat may help stop cancer cells from growing, while the other drugs help the immune system fight the cancer.
The trial's ID number is NCT06287775. It is a Phase I and II trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. This study is regulated by the FDA and hopes to include around 45 participants.
