About this trial
This study looks at how well olaparib works after surgery and chemotherapy for patients with pancreatic cancer that has been removed. It focuses on patients who have specific gene mutations known to affect cancer. The goal is to see if adding olaparib can help patients stay cancer-free longer after their treatment.
The trial's ID number is NCT04858334. It is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. This study is regulated by the FDA and plans to include about 152 participants.
Who can join
Adults 18 years and older can join. This trial is open to both men and women. Participants must have had pancreatic cancer that was surgically removed and no signs of it coming back.
