This trial is looking at how well elacestrant works for patients with advanced uterine sarcomas that are positive for estrogen receptors. Elacestrant is designed to block estrogen, which might help slow down or stop the growth of these cancers. The study will check how safe the drug is and how well it works over time.
The trial's ID number is NCT07467772. It is a Phase 2 study, meaning it is looking closely at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. About 30 participants will take part in this study, which involves a drug regulated by the FDA.
Who can join
This study is for women aged 18 and older with specific types of uterine sarcomas. You can join if your tumor shows strong estrogen receptor activity and you have advanced disease that can't be treated with surgery. The trial team will confirm if you meet all the eligibility requirements.
