This study looks at a medicine called Mevrometostat for treating some cancers that have come back or did not respond to other treatments. The cancers involved are Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC), Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC), and Follicular Lymphoma (FL). The trial ID is NCT03460977. This is a Phase 1 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. It is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 453 participants.
