About this trial
This trial looks at using a combination of low-dose interleukin-2 (IL-2) and pembrolizumab for patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not had treatment before. The goal is to see how well this combination works to boost the immune response against the cancer. Researchers will also check how safe the treatment is and how it affects T cells, which are important for fighting cancer.
The trial's ID number is NCT05493566. It is an early phase 1 study looking at treatment effectiveness and safety. The study is regulated by the FDA and aims to include around 15 participants.

This study is for adults 18 years and older with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Patients must have measurable disease and no prior treatment for advanced NSCLC. Those with brain metastasis may join if stable. Some health criteria must be met, and patients need to understand and sign a consent form. The trial team will confirm who can participate.
