About this trial
This study looks at two ways of giving treatment to patients with stage II to IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed by surgery. One group will receive treatment after surgery, while the other group will get treatment before and after surgery. The goal is to see which timing helps patients the most in their recovery and overall health.
The trial's ID number is NCT06632327. This is a Phase 3 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatments work and how safe they are. It is not regulated by the FDA for drugs or devices. The trial aims to include around 1,100 participants.

This trial is for adults aged 18 and older, including both men and women. Participants must have a specific type of lung cancer that can be surgically removed. Some patients with certain genetic changes or other health issues may not be able to join. The trial team will check who can participate.
