This study looks at how well a combination of two medicines, lorlatinib and ramucirumab, works for people with advanced lung cancer that has certain genetic changes. The main goal is to find a safe dose of these medicines that causes few side effects. Researchers also want to see if specific genes are linked to how well patients respond to this treatment.
This trial is identified by NCT06007937. It is a Phase 1/2 study, which means it is looking at how safe and effective the treatment is. The trial is regulated by the FDA and hopes to include about 56 participants.
