About this trial
This study looks at how well Onvansertib works with NALIRIFOX for treating advanced pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is a challenging disease, and there is a need for better treatments. Onvansertib is a new drug that may help patients with pancreatic cancer that has a specific mutation. The goal is to see if this combination can improve outcomes for patients.
The trial ID is NCT06736717. This study is in Phase 1b/2, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. It is regulated by the FDA and aims to include around 21 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older, both men and women, can join this study. Participants should have a confirmed diagnosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma and should not have received previous treatment for their advanced disease. The study will check if participants are healthy enough to take part.

What happens in the study
Everyone in the study will receive Onvansertib and NALIRIFOX. Onvansertib is taken by mouth daily for 5 days in a 14-day cycle. NALIRIFOX is given through an IV on the first day of each cycle. There are no separate groups; all participants will get the same treatment.
