This study looks at the blood vessels in patients with solid tumors. Researchers will use a special tool called intravital microscopy (IVM) to see these vessels in real-time during surgery. The goal is to find out how well these blood vessels work and if they can help in receiving treatment.
The trial's ID number is NCT03823144. It is not in a specific phase but is focused on diagnosis. The study is not FDA-regulated for drugs but is for the device. It aims to include about 85 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join. Both men and women are welcome. Participants must have a measurable tumor that needs surgery and understand the study's purpose. Those with certain health issues or allergies to the study drug cannot join. The trial team will check to confirm eligibility.

What happens in the study
Participants will receive a dye called fluorescein through an IV. They will then have IVM to see the blood vessels in their tumors during surgery. This study has one main group of patients who will all receive the same treatment.
