This trial focuses on how genetic testing can help find the best treatments for patients with locally advanced or advanced solid tumors. These tumors may have spread to nearby tissues or other parts of the body. The goal is to match patients with specific treatment options based on the unique genetic features of their cancer. This may help improve how doctors manage and control the cancer.
This trial is registered under NCT05564377. It is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatments work and how safe they are. The trial is FDA-regulated, and it aims to include about 2,900 participants.
Who can join
Men and women aged 18 and older can join if they have specific types of solid tumors that need treatment. They should have measurable disease and may have tried standard treatments without success. Patients under 18 can also join if they have the right tissue samples. The trial team will confirm if each patient is eligible to participate.

What happens in the study
Participants will have their tumor samples tested for certain genetic changes. Based on these results, they may be assigned to one of several treatment groups. Some patients will receive combinations of medications, while others may receive single drugs. The treatments will be given in cycles, and patients will have regular check-ups during the trial.
