Dr. Bruno C. Medeiros, MD, is a prominent figure in hematologic oncology and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. A graduate of the Universidade Federal do Paraná in Brazil, he earned his medical degree in 1998 and completed postgraduate training in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut, followed by a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Colorado. He further specialized with acute leukemia training at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. Board‑certified in Internal Medicine and Hematology/Oncology, Dr. Medeiros treats patients at Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, focusing on complex blood cancers including acute leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), multiple myeloma, and other hematologic disorders.
