Dr. Dae Won Kim

Dr. Dae Won Kim, MD, is a prominent innovator in gastrointestinal oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, where he focuses on cancers of the colon, pancreas, esophagus, stomach, liver, gallbladder, and small intestine. He earned his medical degree from Inha University School of Medicine in South Korea and completed residency in Internal Medicine at St. Luke's–Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. He pursued a specialized melanoma immunotherapy fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center and a medical oncology fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center and the University of South Florida. Board-certified in Medical Oncology, Dr. Kim provides outpatient and telehealth consultations and leads multidisciplinary care for both early-stage and advanced GI cancers.

He is recognized for his expertise in immunotherapy and precision medicine within gastrointestinal malignancies.
