Dr. Emmanouil Pappou

Dr. Emmanouil Pappou, MD, PhD, is a respected colorectal surgeon and physician-scientist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, specializing in the treatment of colorectal cancer and related gastrointestinal conditions. He holds dual degrees in medicine and molecular biology from the University of Athens Medical School and completed his general surgery residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by a fellowship in colorectal surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Board-certified in both general and colorectal surgery, Dr. Pappou provides care at MSK’s Manhattan campus, where he offers both in-person and telemedicine consultations for complex rectal and colon cancers, polyposis syndromes, and hereditary cancer conditions.
