Dr. Richard L. Shapiro, MD, is a distinguished surgical oncologist specializing in the treatment of melanoma, soft tissue sarcomas, and complex skin cancers. He serves as Director of Surgical Oncology Operations and Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at NYU Langone Health and the Perlmutter Cancer Center.
