Dr. Neha Goel

Dr. Neha Goel, MD, MPH, is a triple board-certified surgical oncologist and surgeon-scientist specializing in the surgical management of breast cancer and benign breast diseases. She sees patients at the Evelyn H. Lauder Breast Center and performs surgery at Memorial Hospital and the Josie Robertson Surgery Center at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Working within a multidisciplinary team, she is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered breast cancer treatment and care. Dr. Goel is known for her attentive approach to her patients and their loved ones, taking the time to answer questions and support informed decision-making throughout the treatment process.

Dr. Goel brings specialized surgical expertise in oncoplastic techniques and nipple-sparing mastectomies, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes, including cosmetic results. Her clinical work is complemented by an active research program centered on breast cancer disparities. Her laboratory, the Goel Lab, operates under the theme "ZIP code to Genomic code" and is funded by the National Institutes of Health.
