Dr. Steven K. Libutti, MD, FACS, is a nationally recognized surgical oncologist and institutional leader specializing in endocrine tumors and precision oncology. He serves as Director of the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, Senior Vice President of Oncology Services at RWJBarnabas Health, and holds a professorship in Surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Libutti earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed his surgical residency and surgical oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute. He is board-certified in General Surgery and widely respected for his leadership in advancing comprehensive cancer care and academic oncology.
